McElhanney is looking for an Experienced Senior Marine Structural Engineer in Surrey, BC. Lead cutting-edge projects, mentor talent, and impact marine engineering practices across the region. This position is for an accomplished engineer with over a decade of experience in marine structural designs. You will oversee technical projects, manage budgets and schedules, and cultivate client relationships. The role also includes guiding less experienced team members while working on large-scale marine structures that contribute to community infrastructure.
