Customer Service Specialist (Coquitlam)

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST Convoy is North America’s trusted distributor of top‑tier construction materials with over 40 locations across the US and Canada. We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Coquitlam distribution center at 100 Golden Drive. Position Summary This role is critical to ensuring that customers receive the right products on time and safely. You will handle customer transactions, coordinate deliveries, educate customers on product applications, manage purchase orders, process payments, and assist with inventory tasks. The position welcomes individuals who are self‑sufficient, motivated, and eager to contribute to a fast‑growing business.
