Working closely with the Controller, you will manage bi-weekly payroll for over 300 employees and prepare client-specific financial reports. With a focus on compliance and operational efficiency, you will also assist in mentoring junior staff and improving workflow processes through automation. A collaborative mindset is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver timely financial reports and analysis • Oversee payroll management for diverse employee groups • Implement improvements and efficiencies in payroll processes • Address auditor inquiries and support external audits • Contribute to the annual budgeting process

Requirements:• Qualified accounting experience of 5 years or more • CPA or equivalent professional accreditation • High proficiency in Excel necessary • Familiarity with payroll systems is an asset • Strong analytical abilities required
