The Retail Operations Assistant is a fixed‑term role until October 1, 2026.

What you will do

Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.

Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.

Greet customers at the service center.

Accompany clients according to their needs.

Complete billing.

Support technicians during installation and repairs, clean and vacuum cars.

Ensure customer satisfaction at every step.

Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment– health and well‑being of our employees is important to us!

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset.

Hold a valid driver’s license.

Previous experience within the automotive industry is an asset.

Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20 km.

Range of pay Pay for a Retail Operations Assistant is between $23.90 - $25.20 per hour. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Speedy Glass also offers benefits upon hire and a pension plan (with the option for matching) after 3 months.
