We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency. This full-time opportunity offers $37.00 to $38.00 hourly, based at our office location. As a Payroll Administrator, you will calculate payroll, prepare detailed employee earnings statements, and ensure compliance with benefit administration. This role requires 3 to 5 years of payroll experience and a college diploma. Responsibilities include reconciling payrolls to bank statements and providing essential information to employees about their advantages and entitlements. Key Responsibilities: • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques for employees • Prepare T4 statements and employee earnings reports • Maintain detailed records of attendance and leave • Balance reports and reconcile payroll with bank statements • Communicate payroll and benefit information to staff Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience • College/CEGEP education in related field • Strong organizational abilities and accuracy • Proficient in payroll systems and T4 processes • In office work required for this position Leverage your expertise in payroll administration in this rewarding full time position.
