In the Accounts Payable position at Moment Energy, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of accounts payable, including invoice coding and structured vendor communication. Key Responsibilities:• Process a large volume of invoices and expense reports • Conduct weekly payment runs and account reconciliations • Verify invoices against purchase orders for accuracy • Organize and maintain vendor contract files • Support month-end closing and audits as needed

Requirements:• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or accounting role • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area • Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar software • Strong communication skills for vendor management • Tech-savvy and good at multitasking
