Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operation of the accounting process for clients. Compile reports on work progress and production problems. Track material inventory, prepare new orders, monitor schedules, and maintain inventory records. Maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.Coordinate financial planning and budgeting, analyze and correct estimates, and finalize the process. Supervise the development and implementation of field work and oversee field workers. Recruit, train, and manage staff. Notify senior management of critical trends affecting performance. Qualifications

College or university diploma or degree in accounting or business administration. Compensation&Benefits
