K-7 FSL Educator at CISVA, Coquitlam

Our Lady of Fatima School is looking for a passionate FSL Educator to teach grades K-7 as part of an enriching educational community. Fluency in French is a must to inspire our students in a Catholic setting.

As a member of the Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese, you will contribute to a dual stream learning environment, helping students to excel in both English and French. Your role will be integral in allowing children to develop spiritually, socially, and academically through a robust curriculum grounded in faith. Collaborate with fellow staff members to provide a nurturing atmosphere that encourages student growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Teach French as a Second Language across K-7 grades • Implement engaging teaching strategies for diverse learners • Cultivate a faith-based community atmosphere • Support student involvement in extracurricular activities • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:• Fluency in French with cultural engagement • K-7 teaching experience is advantageous • Alignment with Catholic educational philosophies • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Submission of relevant credentials required
