Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Retail Director to lead and scale GreenTee Golf Shop across all physical and digital channels. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall commercial performance, team development, customer experience, and strategic growth of our golf retail operations. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented retail leader with a deep passion for golf, a strong understanding of the premium consumer market, and the ability to operate effectively across English, Mandarin, and Korean-speaking customer segments. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations - Oversee day-to-day operations across all GreenTee Golf Shop physical locations and e-commerce platforms - Establish and enforce standard operating procedures, service standards, and inventory controls - Lead store-level planning including staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and floor presentation - Monitor KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, average transaction value, and inventory turnover; report regularly to senior leadership Sales & Revenue Growth - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across in-store and online channels - Identify new revenue opportunities including B2B corporate sales, golf event merchandise, and cross-promotions with JK World Group's golf course and hospitality divisions - Build and maintain relationships with key brand partners, vendors, and suppliers Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing retail team - Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-first team culture - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development Customer Experience - Champion a premium, personalized in-store and online customer experience - Develop and implement loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives - Leverage multilingual capability to effectively serve English, Mandarin, and Korean-speaking clientele Marketing & Merchandising - Collaborate with the Marketing team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events - Lead product selection, buying, and assortment planning in alignment with customer demand and brand positioning - Oversee visual merchandising standards across all locations E-Commerce & Digital - Oversee the GreenTee Golf Shop e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and premium online shopping experience - Work with the marketing and development teams to optimize online product listings, SEO, and digital promotions - Explore and develop partnerships with third-party platforms to expand online reach Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role - Proven track record of driving retail revenue growth and building high-performing teams - Experience in the golf, sporting goods, or premium lifestyle retail sector strongly preferred - Strong understanding of both physical and e-commerce retail operations - Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a significant asset - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in retail management systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace - Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously What We Offer - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Performance-based bonus structure - Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, massage, physiotherapy) following probation - Employee discount across GreenTee Golf Shop and JK World Group properties - A dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment with real prospect for growth within a rapidly expanding group Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Application question(s): - Do you have experience in golf or sporting goods or in luxury retail sector?
