Receptionist (Coquitlam)

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a transportation/logistics company in Coquitlam. This is a Full‑Time and Permanent opportunity in a high-volume environment that starts ASAP. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of experience of receptionist/front office coordinator/administrative assistant experience - Exposure within the transportation/logistics industry would be a solid asset - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel on an intermediate level - Strong attention to detail - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication skills: written & verbal - References and a background screening will be conducted for candidates moving forward in the selection process Role Responsibilities: - Receive & respond to a high-volume of incoming calls - Accurate data entry of information to clients & drive files - Administrative tasks as required - Responding to all incoming calls in a timely manner What's Offered: - Full‑time, permanent position - Coquitlam - live local, work local! - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm - $22.29 per hour Additional Details: - This opportunity is open to all qualified applicants who are legally eligible to work in British Columbia - Only electronic applications will be considered - The posting will remain open until a qualified candidate is selected We appreciate all applications; only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted, typically within 2 business days.
