Maintenance Planner for Real Estate Portfolio (Coquitlam)

Take charge of preventative maintenance planning for facilities in the Lower Mainland. This position demands a focus on developing maintenance strategies and providing technical support through various systems.

In this role, as a Maintenance Planner reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive preventative maintenance strategy within our real estate portfolio. A critical aspect of your work will be developing the operating parameters for our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ensuring seamless support for other systems across the province.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs • Develop parameters for computerized maintenance management • Provide support across various administrative and technical functions • Collaborate with operational staff in maintenance facility • Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in facilities or maintenance management • Significant experience in maintenance planning and management • Familiarity with maintenance management software • Proficiency with MS Office and CAD applications • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with acceptable record
