Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales professional to join our team. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance our ability to serve diverse clients. Responsibilities - Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm at the front desk - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs - Conduct outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment setting - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records using Salesforce or similar CRM tools - Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve individual and team targets - Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and enhance brand visibility - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Maintain a qualified appearance and uphold the company's standards of service Experience - Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales preferred - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Background in business development, account management, or marketing advantageous - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable - Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and customer data - Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a significant plus - Prior experience in customer service roles that involve direct client interaction is beneficial This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales career while providing outstanding service to clients.
