The Role As Installation Operations Manager, you will lead and support the teams responsible for installing our products across British Columbia. Your mission is simple: Ensure every installation is completed to the highest standard possible. This role is focused on training, coaching, and developing crews while maintaining strict installation standards that protect the homeowner experience and the reputation of our brand. You’ll work closely with Installation Managers, Scheduling, Service, Sales, and Leadership to ensure our operations are organized, professional, and consistently delivering exceptional results. What You Will Do Lead the execution of installation operations across British Columbia Set and maintain clear installation standards and jobsite expectations Train, mentor, and develop new and existing installation crews Ensure installers follow proper installation methods, safety procedures, and customer care standards Conduct jobsite reviews to ensure quality workmanship and clean, professional job environments Strengthen installation processes and best practices Support crew capacity planning and onboarding of new installers Work closely with operations teams to ensure installs run efficiently and on schedule Address quality issues quickly and ensure they are corrected properly Build a culture where installers take pride in their craft and their work Who Thrives in This Role The right person for this role likely: Has experience working in construction, renovation, or window and door installation Has personally done installations or led installation crews Takes pride in high-quality workmanship and professional jobsite standards Enjoys training and developing installers Believes customers deserve the best installation experience possible Is comfortable setting expectations and holding teams accountable to them Leads by example and earns respect in the field Wants to help build something that stands out in the industry What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Strong, well-trained installation crews Clean, organized jobsites Consistent installation quality Homeowners who feel confident and cared for Installers who take pride in their work and the standard they represent Who We Are Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement division of Andersen Corporation — a 125-year-old company and the most recognized window and door brand in North America.
