We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a transportation/logistics company in Coquitlam. This is a Full‑Time and Permanent opportunity in a high-volume environment that starts ASAP. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience of receptionist/front office coordinator/administrative assistant experience Exposure within the transportation/logistics industry would be a strong asset Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel on an intermediate level Robust attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills: written & verbal References and a background screening will be conducted for candidates moving forward in the selection process Role Responsibilities: Receive & respond to a high-volume of incoming calls Accurate data entry of information to clients & drive files Administrative tasks as required Responding to all incoming calls in a timely manner What's Offered: Full‑time, permanent position Coquitlam - live local, work local!
