We are a recruitment agency currently seeking Receptionists and Front Office Clerks to support our clients across the Tri-Cities region, including Coquitlam,
Port Coquitlam, and
Port Moody. Successful candidates will join our on-call administrative workforce pool, providing casual and contract-based coverage as needed. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience using a multi-line switchboard - Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is considered an asset - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Strong and accurate typing skills (average typing skillset is 45 WPM) - eSkills assessment required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and support a collaborative team - Versatile availability, with the ability to work on short notice and adapt to different office settings Key Responsibilities - Answer and direct incoming calls professionally - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-office environment - Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries - Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation - Maintain and update records, logs, and databases - Schedule meetings and manage calendars - Assist with preparing reports and correspondence - Order, organize, and maintain office supplies - Provide basic troubleshooting for office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) - Support meeting or event setup, including room arrangements and materials What’s In It for You - Full-time and contract/temporary opportunities - Casual assignments ranging from 1 day up to 1–2 weeks - Monday to Friday, daytime shifts - Work close to home within the Tri-Cities area - Hourly pay: $19–$20, depending on assignment Additional Information - This position is open to all qualified applicants who are legally entitled to work in
