Start your culinary journey as a Commis Chef, working under the Sous Chef's supervision in a vibrant kitchen. Your role will focus on high-quality menu item production while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

We are looking for candidates with at least one year of culinary experience, as well as a Food Safety Certification. You’ll be engaged in preparing meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, receiving and managing stock, and fostering effective communications across kitchen departments.

Key Responsibilities:• Cook and present menu items timely, using standardized recipes • Prepare mis en place for successful food production • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and compliant • Manage inventory: receiving, labeling, and storing • Participate in culinary meetings as required

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year culinary experience desired • Culinary education is an asset • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Food Safety Certification is required • Strong communication and customer service skills
