As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating direct resident care and ensuring adherence to established policies. Key functions include assessing care needs, collaborating with LPNs, and managing medication administration. The RN will also act as a mentor to staff and participate in orientation programs. Key Responsibilities - Implement and evaluate individualized resident-centered care plans - Support clinical assessments and care plan updates - Maintain compliance with health standards and policies - Act as a liaison for families and healthcare providers - Conduct regular safety audits and ensure incident reporting Requirements - RN license from British Columbia College of Nurses - Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred - Certification in Occupational First Aid and CPR - Robust command of English, both written and verbal - Ability to perform physical tasks essential to nursing Provide quality care and lead a dedicated team at Retirement Concepts.
