Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic team member to join our print, shipping, and full-service business center located in Coquitlam, BC. This is a full time position with an immediate start available. You will be responsible for processing shipments for our constant flow of walk-in customers, including assisting with package drop-offs and customer pickups, as well as handling other front-end tasks while delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you’ll also assist with printing and design services, including file preparation, layout, and setup. You’ll operate various store equipment such as copiers, printers, rental computers, and the point-of-sale system, while helping maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities - Work at the retail counter assisting customers with shipping packages, mailing letters, making copies, sending faxes, and sorting mail and packages for private mailbox customers - Assist customers with package drop-offs and pickups while ensuring accurate processing and excellent customer service - Produce print materials using Adobe and Microsoft Suites on PC, ensuring quality and accuracy - Assist customers with their product and service needs in person, through email, and by phone - Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system - Upsell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiatives - Open and close the center, including managing the cash register and other store systems - Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment Qualifications - Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment - Experience with shipping couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Purolator is an asset - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS/cash register systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally in person, over the phone, and via email (fluency in English required) - Graphic design skills and experience with programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva are considered an asset.
