Head Chef Gooi-Ga Restaurant, 107-2922 Glen Drive, Coquitlam, BC V3B 2P5.

Location On-site. Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work not available.

Salary&Hours $37.00 per hour. 30 to 40 hours per week.

Employment Type Permanent full-time employment.

Start Date Starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Estimate labour costs.

Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.

Analyze operating costs and other data.

Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers.

Create new recipes.

Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.

Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.

Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
