We are seeking a motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering and manufacturing team. This position is supported through a government‑funded employment initiative focused on innovation, technology, and early‑career technical development.Position Overview

The successful candidate will support a variety of advanced manufacturing and process improvement initiatives, including: CNC programming validation and process optimization Engineering design and CAD modeling Manufacturing costing and estimating AI‑assistant manufacturing and workflow improvementsQuality control and production documentation Automation and manufacturing data analysis Development and testing of new manufacturing processes and technologies Qualifications

Candidates should possess: A diploma or degree from a recognized post‑secondary institution in engineering, engineering technology, manufacturing, automation, robotics, physics, computer science, skilled trades, business, or a related field Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Interest in manufacturing, automation, robotics, AI, or process improvementExperience with CAD software, programming, CNC machining, or manufacturing systems is considered an asset Beneficial Experience
