Responsibilities - Strong Customer Service Skills. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations. - Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives. - Utilize marketing strategies and tools such as CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. - Monitor industry developments and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats within attributed accounts. - Prepare detailed reports on attributed account business development activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management review. (KPI's) - Execute and monitor contract requirements. - Visiting Customers (offsite) Requirements - Proven experience in account management , sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels. - Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives. - Familiarity with marketing principles and tools such as CRM platforms. - Knowledge of customer relationship management practices to enhance client engagement and retention. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - College diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
