Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.) - Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads across commercial, education, and retail segments - Present and sell ZipGrow solutions to prospective clients using consultative selling techniques - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Account Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting long-term success with ZipGrow systems CRM & Sales Operations - Utilize HubSpot and other sales tools to track activities, manage pipeline, and forecast revenue - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions - Generate reports and insights to support sales strategy Marketing & Events - Represent ZipGrow at trade shows, conferences, and industry events - Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and follow-ups - Provide feedback from the field to improve messaging and product positioning Qualifications Required - Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management - Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred - Experience in agriculture, CEA (Controlled Environment Agriculture), or technology sales - Familiarity with long sales cycles and consultative selling - Experience attending or exhibiting at trade shows Compensation & Advantages - Competitive base salary + commission structure - Performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work with a globally recognized brand in a fast-growing industry - Career growth opportunities within a scaling organization Why Join ZipGrow? - Be part of a mission-driven company advancing sustainable agriculture - Work with innovative, patented technology used worldwide - Join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment - Make a tangible impact on food systems and communities Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Vision care - Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cornwall, ON K6J 1H6 Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ogx45
