Location: Cornwall, ON K6J 5N4

Salary: 43.27 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work setting: Retail business, Supermarket/grocery store, Fast food

Willing to relocate

Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities

Direct, evaluate, and plan daily operations.

Manage staff and assign duties.

Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.

Determine merchandise and services to be sold.

Implement price and credit policies.

Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.

Develop and implement marketing strategies.

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.

Determine staffing requirements.

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.

Oversee payroll administration.

Conduct performance reviews.

Supervise office and volunteer staff.
