Human Resources Manager (Cornwall)

About the Opportunity Our client, a people-focused entity based in Cornwall, Ontario, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities - Support day-to-day Human Resources activities across the organization - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on workplace matters and HR policies - Assist with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and engagement initiatives - Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development activities - Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records - Partner with leadership to support a positive and collaborative workplace culture - Participate in ongoing HR projects and organizational initiatives Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience - Robust communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization - Experience supporting employee relations and workplace matters - Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach - CHRP designation or working toward designation considered an asset - Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2opw7y
