Experience in Electronics an asset Essential functions · Reel counting · Inventory/cycle counts · Process parts requisitions · Prepping of Components(taping, splicing, adding leaders) · Kitting · Labelling · Ensure component baking process is followed and completed efficiently · Meet quality standards through daily operations. · Meet daily targets outlined by management · Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition on a daily basis. · Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience · Grade 12 education an asset. · Knowledge of tools and their uses and mechanical inclined. · Ability to follow detailed instructions, attention to detail and prioritize workload. · Ability to meet tight deadlines, committed and energetic individual who can work with minimal supervision. · Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment. · Requires a personal commitment towards continuous improvement and the willingness to vocalize suggestions and concerns while assisting with idea generation for solutions. · Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. · Demonstrated a consistent and aggressive commitment to the principles and practices that result in quality product and services; satisfied customers and continual improvement. Working Setting · Work is generally performed in a production/manufacturing setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk and hear. · The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. · The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. · The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. · Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
