Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Human Resources activities across the organization Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on workplace matters and HR policies Assist with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and engagement initiatives Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development activities Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records Partner with leadership to support a positive and collaborative workplace culture Participate in ongoing HR projects and organizational initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Robust communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization Experience supporting employee relations and workplace matters Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach CHRP designation or working toward designation considered an asset Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p3a9x
