Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Service Clerk to join our Service team. The ideal candidate will excel in accurate data entry (part numbers), possess strong communication skills in English, and have intermediate computer skills with a knack for learning new computer software systems. This role involves supporting the Service Coordinator and Technicians, assisting with invoicing and purchase orders and responding to warranty replacment requests from customers. Responsibilities Creating quotes Assisting with invoicing and purchase orders Responding to and facilitating warranty replacement issues/requests Using communication skills to effectively inform customers about promotions, current products/services Handling phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately Demonstrating optimal organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Other duties as requested Experience Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or parts deparment an asset Excellent fluency in English Solid communication skills, time management, and organizational skills Computer literacy a must (minimum Word, Excel, Outlook) Benefits: Dental care Designated paid holidays In office parking Paid time off Vision care Education: Secondary School (preferred) Experience: administrative and/or technical: 3 years (required) Language: FLUENT ENGLISH (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p5etx
