Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities - Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. - Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment. - Oversee food preparation and handling processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs. - Handle cash management, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining financial records. - Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a solid workforce. - Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. - Address customer complaints or issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements - Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members. - Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. - Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques to ensure quality standards are met. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in supervising operations. - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. - Previous experience in interviewing candidates is preferred but not mandatory.
