Key Responsibilities:• Manage hard cheese development plans and resources • Lead multiple research projects within R&D• Communicate product development activities to stakeholders • Support cost reduction initiatives across product categories • Oversee plant trial costs and collaborate on budgets

Requirements:• University degree in Food Science or related discipline • Minimum ten years experience in dairy or food industry • Strong leadership and project management skills • Knowledge of GMP’s and HACCP in food production • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
