In this key position, you will support the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in manufacturing accounting principles and cost management will be crucial as you lead a team of six within the UK finance unit. This includes overseeing daily accounting tasks and ensuring timely submission of critical financial data.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger • Lead and develop a six-member finance team • Own monthly management accounts and financial statements • Partner with the Commercial Finance Manager on budgets • Conduct periodic cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA accreditation • Proven experience in manufacturing finance roles • Solid grasp of Epicor or similar ERP systems • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial reporting • Strong management and communication skills
