You'll collaborate with sales and operations to finalize Banquet Event Orders and facilitate all aspects of guest accommodations and activities.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and execute group events per client specifications • Act as liaison between groups and resort departments • Create and manage essential event documents • Conduct post-event follow-ups for feedback and future bookings • Coordinate proposals and assist sales as needed

Requirements:• 2 to 4 years of hotel supervisory experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Delphi preferred • Knowledge in event logistics and culinary service • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and manage event details
