What are your contributions to the team? - Prepare Strat Plan workshops (gather information and prepare decks) - Participate in Strat Plan workshops to support the team with establishing the industrial strategy (capital projects prioritization and selection process) - Participate to Strat Plan actions items follow up - Participate in the monitoring of the plant’s capital projects, and prepare, if necessary, governance meetings for the VP, the management committee and the Finance team - Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and carry out, if necessary, simulations with Arena - Participate in presentations and meetings with the various departments During your internship, you will learn: - Application/software used in the industry - Communicate in a qualified environment and sell your ideas - Work with diverse teams… How to thrive in this role? - You have solid skills in Excel and Powerpoint - Knowledge of Python, ML training and/or Arena is an asset - You have project management skills. - You are an excellent oral and written communicator in French and functional in English. - You are a team player and able to interact with others. - You have a sense of initiative. - You are autonomous, dynamic, punctual, and professional. - You are organized and able to meet deadlines.
