What are your contributions to the team? Prepare Strat Plan workshops (gather information and prepare decks) Participate in Strat Plan workshops to support the team with establishing the industrial strategy (capital projects prioritization and selection process) Participate to Strat Plan actions items follow up Participate in the monitoring of the plant’s capital projects, and prepare, if necessary, governance meetings for the VP, the management committee and the Finance team Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and carry out, if necessary, simulations with Arena Participate in presentations and meetings with the various departments During your internship, you will learn: Application/software used in the industry Communicate in a professional setting and sell your ideas Work with diverse teams… How to thrive in this role? You have solid skills in Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge of Python, ML training and/or Arena is an asset You have project management skills. You are an excellent oral and written communicator in French and functional in English. You are a team player and able to interact with others. You have a sense of initiative. You are autonomous, dynamic, punctual, and professional. You are organized and able to meet deadlines.
