Job Summary Apex is currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team and daily operations. We are seeking someone proactive who can multitask, stay organized, and help keep all administrative and operational processes running smoothly. This role involves both managing daily routine responsibilities and assisting with additional tasks and priorities as they arise in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and basic accounting knowledge who is comfortable working with receivables, reporting, inventory, invoicing, and general office coordination. Responsibilities - Support daily office and administrative operations - Monitor and follow up on client receivables and outstanding payments - Enter payments and maintain accurate records - Post invoices and manage documentation - Enter customer orders into the system accurately - Organize paperwork, files, and company documents - Prepare and maintain Excel reports and spreadsheets - Oversee product returns and related documentation - Monitor warehouse inventory levels and assist with inventory tracking - Provide general support to the team and management Qualifications - Professional diploma required - Administrative or office support experience required - Basic accounting knowledge required - Experience with receivables, invoicing, or payment entry is an asset - Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Detail-oriented with good communication and follow-up abilities - Ability to work independently and within a team - Experience with inventory or operations is an asset - English and French required What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay - Stable full-time position - Supportive and professional work environment - Chance for long-term growth within the company - Private office space - Free parking Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2orj72
