On behalf of a client, we are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and exceptionally responsive Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and owner of several companies. This is a fully remote role offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, executive management, client communications, and corporate administration across multiple businesses. It is ideally suited to a recent business graduate or ambitious early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow quickly, and build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple calendars, inboxes, and messaging platforms - Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and itineraries - Handle scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day executive support - Draft and respond to emails and messages professionally and promptly - Liaise with clients, partners, and contacts in a polished and courteous manner - Prepare draft responses for approval on more detailed or sensitive matters - Assist with personal administration tasks such as gift purchasing and appointment bookings - Support corporate administrative functions across multiple businesses - Help improve organisation, follow-up, and overall operational efficiency What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: - Extremely responsive and reliable - Naturally proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Professional in both written and verbal communication - Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously - Tech-savvy and confident using email, calendar, and messaging platforms - Discreet and capable of handling confidential information - Eager to learn and grow within a demanding but rewarding environment Preferred Background - Recent graduate in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred - Previous administrative, customer service, or internship experience is beneficial but not essential - Robust written English skills are essential Position Details - Fully remote - Must work EST hours - Flexible working environment - Entry-level salary with significant learning and growth opportunity for the right person This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership naturally, and understands the importance of professionalism, follow-through, and timely communication.
