Senior Change Management Consultant Ahuntsic

We are looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant for our client who meets the following criteria: Language: Bilingual (English & French). Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability. Location of Work: On-site at NDHQ (Carling Campus). Mandatory requirements Must have an active Enhanced Reliability or higher level of Security clearance. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Change Management Consultant within the last fifteen (15) years. Must have experience leading change management for a minimum of one (1) enterprise-level digital transformation initiative within the last five (5) years. Must have demonstrate experience integrating change management activities within a large-scale project or program workplace, working in close collaboration with a Project Management Office (PMO), project managers, or equivalent delivery teams within the last ten (10) years. Must have demonstrate experience working with an agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery workplace for at least one complex initiative within the last eight (8) years. Must have experience designing and developing learning, or capability-building activities, to support organizational change within the last five (5) years.
