Establish and lead an impactful Internal Audit function. Drive risk-based assurance initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders to foster business success. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of the Internal Audit strategy across the organization. Your leadership will involve building a risk-based audit framework and supporting operational excellence. Collaborating with the SVP, you will ensure effective management of audits, compliance, and reporting structures. Key Responsibilities: • Build and implement the risk-based annual audit framework • Conduct operational audits and effectiveness testing • Manage centralized issue classification and remediation • Execute structured reporting to senior leadership • Collaborate across departments for effective solutions Requirements: • 10+ years in internal audit, risk or compliance • Relevant skilled qualification (CIA, CPA, CISA) • Proven success in managing audit programs • Knowledge of ITGC and regulatory standards • Robust verbal and written communication skills Lead the establishment of a comprehensive audit approach and enhance governance performance throughout the organization.
