Overview Software Developer for the Mitel CX project. Implementing the features requested by the PM team to the code (according to the project System Architecture design). Work in the office (Curitiba), NOT a remote worker. Responsibilities Software developer full stack Developing Automation and Unit Tests CI/CD Work with the System Architect for defining the feature design Requirements Proficiency in languages like Python, Java Script, Java, C#, or C++ depending on the domain Understand how to organize and process data efficiently Tolls like Git and platforms like GitHub for collaboration and code management Knowledge of SQL (e.g., Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases Agile, Scrum, DevOps practices for managing projects and teams Writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; using debuggers and profiles Creating and consuming RESTful APIs Familiarity with tools like React, Angular, Spring, etc. Breaking down complex problems into manageable parts Collaborating effectively with developers, designers and product managers Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Transparent, concise and compassionate communication Ability to guide individuals and teams to discover solution themselves Encouraging self-reflection and growth English language proficiency Additional Skills (Advantageous) Scale Agile Framework EEO Statement Mitel is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working workplace.
