Sr. Web Application Developer (Ahuntsic)

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and enhance secure, scalable web applications and digital platforms. This role contributes to delivering high-quality, accessible, and user-focused solutions, while supporting technical architecture, best practices, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with team members across projects, help guide development approaches, and contribute to a dynamic, evolving technology environment. Preferred Qualifications •Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure AI services) •Networking and security experience, including familiarity with WAFs, VPNs, and zero-trust principles •DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and containerization (Docker) •Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) •Experience with Zendesk administration and customization •Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) •Experience working in healthcare, research, or academic environment •Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset •Experience working in a regulated environment with awareness of privacy and data protection requirements (e.g., PHIPA, PIPEDA, or equivalent) •Experience managing high-performance computing (HPC) clusters and supercomputers.
