Staff Windows System Developer (C++) Salary Range: CA$110,000.00 to CA$125,000.00 annually. We are looking for an experienced Staff Windows System Developer to help push the boundaries of technology by designing and developing cross‑platform integration solutions for the Parallels product family. Responsibilities Design and develop cross‑platform integration solutions for Parallels products. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive new feature development. Support existing features and improve legacy code bases. What you bring to the team 10+ years of programming experience in modern C++. Advanced understanding of OS architecture principles, frameworks, and internals. Advanced understanding of OOP and design patterns. Strong experience with multithreaded programming. Experience creating Windows services, applications, and drivers. Desire to research and develop cross‑platform and cross‑architecture solutions. Responsible, self‑driven, proactive, result‑oriented, and a team player. Valuable written and spoken English. Nice to have Objective‑C and macOS frameworks (AppKit/Foundation/etc.). Win32 low‑level API (User/GDI/Shell/Winsock/Services/MSI/etc.). Qt framework: Core, Network, XML, Widgets. Experience with basic automation using Python/shell scripts.
