Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities while also overseeing administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and basic HR support. This position requires at least 1 year of experience working in an office workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management Use QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and invoice processing Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee record maintenance Organize meetings and manage staff scheduling Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate procurement Assist management with daily operational tasks Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office workplace (required) Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Experience with clerical and administrative tasks Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional and positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $3,027.01 per month Application question(s): Are you comfortable managing multiple tasks in a rapid-paced office workplace?
