We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, Field Service Management (FSM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will work closely with technical and business teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, FSM, EAM) Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies Build and maintain service catalogs, record producers, and order guides Support integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Server Assist with data imports, transformations, and validation Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics Provide troubleshooting and technical support Produce technical documentation and follow platform best practices Qualifications 3–5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow implementation and configuration Strong knowledge of ITSM, FSM, and/or EAM modules Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript Experience with Service Catalog, workflows, and automation Familiarity with integration methods (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, SSO) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills ServiceNow CSA (required) CAD, ITSM/FSM/EAM Implementation Specialist (preferred) ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation CIS‑CSM High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Chance Employer committed to building inclusive teams where diverse perspectives drive innovation.
