Software Development Internship in Optical Testing (Ahuntsic)

Develop your technical skills at Ciena as an Electro-Optic Test Automation Engineer Intern. This role focuses on using Matlab for optical modem testing solutions over an 8 to 12-month period. In this role within Ciena's Electro-Optic R&D; team, you will drive innovation in optical transmission systems. Your primary responsibilities will include developing software for automated calibration and testing processes. You will collaborate with hardware engineers to refine test methodologies and analyze data to ensure quality outcomes.
