Design and implement backend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Apps (Dataverse) based on defined client requirements. Develop and maintain custom business logic using C# plugins within the Microsoft Dataverse / Dynamics 365 platform. Support integrations between portal interfaces and backend systems. Contribute to technical specification documentation for Eperformance products and client solutions.Required Technical Skills & ExperienceImplementation activities will primarily leverage Microsoft technologies, the qualified resource will have 10 + years of experience including but not limited to: C# (.NET) for plugin development, custom workflow activities, and server-side extensions JavaScript (JScript) Liquid template language FetchXML* HTML5 / CSS* Microsoft Power Automate* Microsoft Power Pages* Microsoft Dataverse / Dynamics 365 SDK* Microsoft CRM configuration and customization toolsAgile & Delivery ResponsibilitiesThe Software Developer will operate within an Agile delivery framework (including client-specific variations where applicable), and will: Participate in sprint planning sessions Attend and contribute to daily stand-ups (Scrum meetings) Maintain and update work items in Azure DevOps (or equivalent), including: Accurate time tracking* Clear documentation of implemented solutions* Status updates and task completion notes* Participate in sprint reviews/demos and retrospectives* Perform peer code reviews and unit testing to ensure quality and adherence to documented requirementsNice to Have Experience supporting or participating in solution deployments across environments* Familiarity with release management processes, solution packaging, and configuration promotion* Experience preparing release documentation and supporting production validation* Experience building or maintaining automated test scriptsResearch & Professional Development Research emerging technologies as directed by management and provide recommendations where appropriate. Obtain and maintain Microsoft certifications as directed.
