English version will follow Lieu : Montréal, Québec Entreprise : TOOTSI IMPEX INC. / Les Aliments Natya Ltée Département : Ressources humaines Type de poste : Stage temps plein, 37,5h Durée : 3 à 6 mois (selon programme scolaire) Horaire : Lundi au vendredi Objectif du poste Sous la supervision de l’équipe RH, le ou la stagiaire participera activement au cycle complet de recrutement pour différents postes en milieu manufacturier, administratif et corporatif. Responsabilités principales · Participer à l’affichage des postes sur différentes plateformes de recrutement; · Trier et analyser les candidatures reçues; · Effectuer les présélections téléphoniques des candidats; · Planifier les entrevues avec les gestionnaires; · Assister à la conduite d’entrevues virtuelles et en présentiel; · Participer à la rédaction et mise à jour des descriptions de poste; · Effectuer des recherches de candidats (sourcing) sur diverses plateformes; · Maintenir à jour les bases de données de candidatures et suivis; · Participer aux initiatives de marque employeur et projets RH spéciaux; · Soutenir l’équipe lors des journées d’intégration et onboarding. Profil recherché · Étudiant(e) en ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration ou domaine connexe; · Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit); · Intérêt marqué pour le recrutement et l’acquisition de talents; · Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie; · Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); · Expérience avec LinkedIn ou plateformes de recrutement (atout). Department: Human Resources Position Type: Full-time Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (depending on academic program) Position Summary Reporting to the HR team, the Recruitment Intern will actively support the full recruitment cycle for various manufacturing, administrative, and corporate positions. Key Responsibilities · Assist with posting job openings on various recruitment platforms; · Screen and review incoming applications; · Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates; · Coordinate interviews with hiring managers; · Support virtual and in-person interviews; · Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions; · Source candidates through various recruitment channels; · Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking tools; · Participate in employer branding initiatives and special HR projects; · Support onboarding and employee orientation activities. Qualifications · Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; · Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken); · Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition; · Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); · Experience with LinkedIn or recruitment platforms is an asset.
