Night Auditor We are looking for a Night Auditor who brings attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. The role includes frontline guest interactions, revenue reconciliation, and audit functions. Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service to all guests. - Welcome and greet all guests, execute check‑in and check‑out procedures. - Answer guest inquiries and assist guests in a professional manner. - Answer all incoming phone calls and process new reservations. - Accurately follow all cash handling procedures. - Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures. - Ensure guest security by proper handling of guest room keys and personal information. - Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned. - Administer all night audit functions; balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly. - Ensure all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures. - Maintain files and reset the system for the next day of operations. - Follow up on guest requests and resolve problems promptly. Qualifications - Prior hotel experience in front office operations is required. - Proficiency in French is an asset. - Passion for customer service, enthusiasm, detail‑oriented, computer literate, fast learner. - Organized and able to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. - Proficient using a computer, good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles. - Excellent written and oral communications skills. - Works well under pressure in a changing environment. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - LightSpeed PMS knowledge preferred. - Able to stand for an 8‑hour shift. - Must be able to work evenings, overnights including weekends and holidays. - Shift will be 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, but must be versatile from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
