Role Overview: We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Mobile App Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a React Native expert with a proven track record of releasing high-performance apps on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the DogPack app by implementing seamless in-app purchases, payment gateways, and tracking the user journey on Firebase and MMP’s. The ideal candidate will also bring their own ideas and experiences to the table, to make valuable suggestions to management, and help guide the project and take ownership. Key Responsibilities: - App Development: Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native, delivering user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. - App Store Management: Handle the end-to-end process of releasing and updating apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store. - In-App Purchases: Design, develop, and implement in-app purchase flows and payment gateway integrations. - Firebase Integration: Utilize Firebase for authentication, crash analytics, database management, analytics, push notifications, and other app functionalities. - Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and top-notch user experiences. - Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and standards. - Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues, optimizing app performance for various devices. Requirements: - Experience: 7+ years in front-end development, with at least 5 years specializing in React Native. - Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript. - Extensive experience with Firebase and a major MMP. - Hands-on experience with payment gateways and implementing in-app purchases. - Strong understanding of mobile app deployment processes for both Android and iOS. - Portfolio: Proven track record of successfully launching apps with examples or case studies. - Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.
