As a Caf Server you will: Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times. Prepare and serve Barista style coffees. Describe food & beverages to The Pointe Restaurant standards. Ensure all allergies and dietary requests are managed. Assist with the preparation of Driftwood Cafe for ensuing shifts. Have knowledge of Silverware Point of Sale system. Stock and manage inventory levels. Work with appropriate food handling guidelines. Balance cash-outs. A calm, polite and approachable demeanour. A desire to contribute exciting and innovative ideas towards the ongoing improvement of The Pointe Restaurant and the Wickaninnish Inn as a whole. A valid Serving it Right certification. The ability to make a commitment to the position for a mutually understood and agreed upon period of time.
