Client Services Representative / Veterinary Receptionist, Powell River

Located in Powell River, BC we are an established, fast-paced, busy veterinary hospital.

The Client Services Representative Position Involves The Following

Serving the needs of our clients and their pets with professionalism and confidence

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

Invoicing and processing payments

Electronic Medical Record-keeping

Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team

Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area

The Successful Applicant Will Have

Previous experience in client service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large team

Proficient computer skills

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred

Saturday shifts are a requirement for this position

Hourly rate ranging from $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
