Joining the Water&Ecology team, you will coordinate proposals and tenders while ensuring the accuracy of client details in CRM systems. Your role includes supporting business development by tracking initiatives and identifying opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to event coordination and create compelling content for internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare high-quality proposals, tenders, and expressions of interest • Support proposal team by attending meetings and tracking milestones • Maintain opportunity details in CRM systems with accuracy • Track and report on marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities• Assist in logistics and coordination for events and conferences

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Experience with proposal support and CRM management • Skilled in content development and marketing coordination • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional • Strong written and verbal communication skills
